Capital Region Language Center, a woman-owned (NYS WBE), local business with locations in Colonie and Saratoga, offers English as a Second Language (ESL) and world language training to children and adults, in addition to providing language training for schools and corporations, and translation services in over 150 languages. Our instructors all have native or near-native fluency in the languages they teach.
Language instructors teach the target language to pupils aged 3 through adults. Teachers support, observe, and record the progress of their class. They also plan lessons in line with school objectives and the Capital Region Language Center mission with the aim of ensuring a healthy culture of learning.
A teacher must also keep up to date with developments in their subject area, new resources, methods, and school objectives. The role involves liaising and networking with other professionals and family members of students, both informally and formally.

Capital Region Language Center is open Monday through Friday 8 AM – 9 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM – 12 PM.
Teachers submit their availability.
