Second annual MLK Day Social Justice Music Celebration
hosted by Taina Asili y la Banda Rebelde

Taina Asili y la Banda Rebelde will perform with special guest social justice artists, including DJ Trumastr, Masai Atg, Amani Olugbala, and more!


Taina Asili y la Banda Rebelde combine powerful vocals with an energetic fusion of Afro-Latin, reggae and rock. Their music offers a sound that spans continents, exuding strength of Spirit, inspiring audiences to dance to the rhythm of rebellion.


PRE-SHOW FUN! Warm up the night with some pre-show fun from 7-8 pm for Music and Art: the Fuel that Keeps our Movement Going. Projections of music video excerpts, from archival footage of the civil rights movement from 60’s to now, with music by DJ Trumastr.
